When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never see your plain-text password). When you add a recommendation, we store the app or product name, URL, description, category, and any referral code you provide. We also collect usage data — which pages you visit, clicks on your referral links, and when those clicks result in signups — to power your analytics dashboard.
We use your information to operate the platform — showing your recommendations to visitors, tracking referral conversions so you get paid, and sending you notifications about new followers and earnings. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising on other platforms.
Your public profile — username, bio, recommendations, and follower count — is visible to anyone. Your email address is never shown publicly. We share data with: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Railway (backend hosting). Each of these processes only the data necessary for their service.
We use session storage (not cookies) to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies. We capture UTM parameters when you arrive via a referral link so the correct creator gets credit — this data is stored in your session and not shared externally.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. You can request a copy of your data by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a work factor of 12. We use JWT tokens with short expiry windows (15 minutes for access tokens). Database access is restricted to our backend service via row-level security policies in Supabase.

By creating a VouchStack account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and earn money through referrals.
You may create a profile, add recommendations for products and services you genuinely use, share your profile link, and earn commissions when people sign up through your referral links. You may follow other users and interact with their recommendations.
You may not: recommend products you have not personally used or that you know to be harmful; create fake accounts or artificially inflate your click or conversion counts; post spam, malware links, or illegal content; impersonate other users or public figures; use the platform to promote illegal goods or services; or attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
VouchStack takes 0% of your earnings — you keep 100% of commissions generated through your referral links. Commissions are paid by the referred product's affiliate program, not by VouchStack directly. We are a platform for tracking and sharing referrals; we do not guarantee that any particular referral program will pay out. Withdrawal minimums and processing times depend on the affiliate programs you participate in.
VouchStack is free to use with no subscription required. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with advance notice to existing users.
You own the content you post. By posting on VouchStack, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform and in promotional materials (such as featured creator spotlights). We will not sell your content to third parties.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your public profile and recommendations are removed within 30 days.
VouchStack is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost earnings, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
